This variety is derived from the cross between NDPK-24 x PKM through pedigree selection. Vines are short, leaves dark green with white spots. Fruits are green, spherical, weight 2.5-3.0 kg at green stage; yield of 300-350 q/ha in 65 days of crop duration. This has been identified by UP State Horticultural Seed Sub Committee and notified during the XII meeting of Central Sub Committee on Crop Standard Notification and Release of Varieties for Horticultural Crops for the cultivation in U.P., Punjab, and Jharkhand.
Plants have medium vine and leaves sparsely lobed and dark green, fruits are round, with open prominent green sutures, weight 650-725 g, half slip in nature, thin rind, smooth and pale yellow at maturity, flesh salmon orange (mango colour), thick, very juicy, T.S.S. 13-14% and seeds are loosely packed in the seed cavity. Post harvest life is long with good transportability, tolerant to powdery and downy mildew, medium maturity and yield 200-270 q/ha.
This variety is derived from a local collection. The vine length is 7.5-8 m. Fruits are oblong, flesh white, thickness 8.5-8.7 cm, seed arrangements linear, average weight 11-12 kg crop duration 120 days and yield 550-600 q/ha. This is suitable for preparation of Petha sweets due to high flesh recovery.
This variety has been derived from the cross IC-85650B x IC-44435A, having dark green and long fruits, mild projection, length 16-18 cm, fruit weight 90-110 g and yield 200-220 q/ha. This is suitable for cultivation under both rainy and summer seasons. This is an early variety derived from the cross IC-92465 x DVBG-151. Fruits are light green, length 30 cm, diameter 7 cm, fruit weight 800-900 g and yield 480-550 q/ha. It is tolerant to anthracnose and suitable for rainy and summer season cultivation. This is a long fruited hybrid with green vine and vigorous growth, fruit straight, light green, length 30-32 cm and average weight 780-850 g and yield 500-550 q/ha. It is suitable for rainy and summer season cultivation. It is tolerant to anthracnose, downy mildew and Cercospora leaf spot under field conditions.

This F1 hybrid has been developed by crossing PBC-473 x KA-2 at IIVR Varanasi. Plants of are tall (100-110 cm height) without nodal pigmentation on dull green stems and bear pendant fruits. Fruits are long (8-9 x 1.0-1.2 cm), attractive, dark green and turn bright red at physiological maturity, pungent with smooth surface. First picking of the green fruits starts at about 45 days after transplanting.
