Sankalp se Siddhi – New India Manthan programme was organized by KVK, Bejwan, Bhadohi on 25.08.2017 at the auditorium of Bhadohi block. The Chief Guest Shri Virendra Singh, Hon’ble M.P. (Bhadohi) presided the function and focused to adopt the latest agricultural technologies along with limited use of natural resources to maintain the ecological balance. He also guided the farmers and other stake holders how to save the money by curtailing the expenditure on Agriculture. Dr. Bijendra Singh; Director, ICAR-Indian Institute of Vegetable Research, Varanasi welcomed the Chief Guest and other distinguished dignitaries. He also discussed the seven formulae in detail to make strong and vibrant New India. A short film, in context to the theme i.e., doubling the income of farmers by seven formulae suggested by our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Govt. of India up to 2022 was also presented. All the participants of this programme including distinguished dignitaries and officers of the line department had pledged given by Hon’ble M.P. for Sankalp Se Siddhi to make New India for doubling the agricultural income by 2022. Different technological/patriotic films were also displayed among the participants. There were 520 farmers and stake holders of the district participated in the programme. Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Head (KVK) briefed about the activities of KVK.
