The particulars of facilities available to citizens for obtaining information, including the working hours of a library or reading room, if maintained for public use

There exists a single window facility for accepting applications and the fees under RTI Act. The working hours of the Institute is 9.30 AM to 4.30 PM on all working days except 2nd Saturday, Sunday and gazetted holidays.
